Worst site ever!

On the 25/12/2021 I purchased Air Jordans’s mid digital Pink. With order number #1966. The order arrived on Wednesday 12/01/2022. When the order arrived the size was too big for me. I had ordered a UK size 4 but the shoe doesn’t fit. I want to exchange it for a UK size 3. Since the arrival of the shoes 6 days ago I’ve been trying to contact the site with no success. I’ve sent countless emails and have called the listed number numerous times still I have no success. I’m actually very disappointed, if I had read the reviews earlier I wouldn’t have purchased from the site. It’s the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’m actually giving them one more week before I take the legal route.
