Worst service ever

I've ordered sneakers more than 10 days ago, but even today I'm struggling to get anyone to assist me on the status of my order. I got a WhatsApp message from the guy called Ethan promising my order will be delivered within 8 days of the order after I complained here on Hellopeter, but after the 8 days have passed, he's no longer answering to my messages.
