Purchased a pair of sneakers from Welle . Probably my worst online purchase ever .

1.Do not keep to purchase and delivery timelines Purchase made on the 26th of September It’s the 5th of October and all I have is an order confirmation .Downloaded an App to track and status of the order remains at “Order confirmed “

2.No explanation

3.None responsive to emails or even their WhatsApp line (Blue-tick right through )

This has to be my no1 worst online purchase experience .
