Welle Official wrong size horrible service to return

Hi Good day, I’m writing with utter disappointment in the service provided by Welle Official. I ordered a pair of sneakers for my sons birthday online on the 27th June recieved the parcel with a smaller size than what I ordered. The size was a size 5 instead of size I ordered .I complained to this persons who Resoonded asking about the size with no follow up it’s 3 weeks later this is really horrible service. I need a damn refund or return this withthe correct size. This is why we don’t end up supporting business in SA
