Welle official failed to deliver as promised

I bought 3 pairs of sneakers in last year November on the 26 and they promised to deliver within 7 working days. That only delivered 1 pair. I have been sending them messages but they are ignoring them. They still haven’t responded till to date. I’m very disappointed . I trusted them with my money only to find that they are ******. Please don’t waist your money on this people… they are ******
