Welle Official comes through

Last week, I wrote a review about my frustration with Welle Official. They eventually came through and I received my Order. Needless to say, the person I bought it for was happy with the gift.

I'm not giving them a 5 Star yet because I still think that communication could be better. As a customer, receiving a update now and again about the status of my order could be very re-assuring. Also, the turnaround time for response to queries could be shortened.

One of the online retailers would normally send notifications to customers when their order is being delayed. I'd suggest they implement the same - even if it's an automated message after "X" number of days when the order is not yet fulfilled.

Other than that, great quality and proper packaging - THANK YOU! I'd order from them again!
