I placed my order on the 16th of December for a Christmas gift for my daughter. The website said delivery will be within 5-7 working days! Till today I haven’t received any feedback from them except that they received my payment and that the oder is finalised! You can’t reach them by email, Whatsapp or the contact us on their website!
