Very poor customer service

In my opinion Welle official has very poor customer service. I ordered two pairs of shoes, but only the one pair was delivered. I tried to contact Welle official multiple times on both the whatsapp numbers that they give and also on the email that they give on their website with the hope that someone would assist me with this situation, but nobody replies. It's been almost a week since I first contacted them and I still haven't gotten any feedback from them. Even though they have great deals on shoes, I would definitely not recommend them and I would definitely not order from them again.
