Very Dissapointed first- time buyer at Welle Official

I placed an order on the 16th Of December 2023 , Order 11584, no communication whatsoever from Welle , tried to make contact using their WhatsApp line , no response . I’m honestly very frustrated right now …..Can I please get a refund so I can buy my sister sneakers elsewhere.
