Very Bad Customer Service by Welle Official

I ordered a pair of shoes in December 2022. The order was confirmed on the 28 December 2022. It is now almost two months since the order was confirmed. I tried to get an update with their WhatsApp customer service several times. I did this more than five times. All these times I didn't even get a response. I am starting to think that I have duped by a **** online retailer.
