Unprofessional WELLE

I do not take kindly to being ignored. All that I want is progress on ORDER #6893. Surely what I am asking is not rocket science. I sent messages to +***5, uetbto date, no one bothered to reply to my messages. My first impression of dealing with WELLE is deplorable.
