Unprofessional Service at Welle

Completely unprofessional. I have ordered two pair of sneakers for my kids on 8th April 2024 and today is 6th October 2024 and they haven't delivered. I have made follow up so many times and they don't reply to the whatsapp. Even the call is not answered.
