Unhappy first time client

I am very much disappointed by the Welle Official team. On the 28 November ordered my daughters sneaker till now I have not heard anything from them. I have tried sending emails, WhatsApp messages and calls with no luck. What is frustrating me mostly is fact that on WhatsApp you’ll find them online and still not be responded to but get a blue ticked. I have even sent emails asking for my refund still nothing. I am a first time buyer and I’ll never recommend them to my biggest enemy. I find it to be totally unacceptable to be ignored.
