Unhappy customer

Placed an order on the 27th Dec 2023, only thing I received was a confirmation that my order was placed. Money taken from my bank account and still no delivery. I've sent emails and WhatsApps with no response! I trusted the site because my first experience with them was very smooth, my first order was delivered with no hassle. I'm suprised about their treatment. One can't even request for refund, this is unacceptable 😢
