Unhappy client

I am extremely unhappy with welle official's service. Firstly they took longer then what they told me and when my delivery came it was the wrong sneakers. Then I tried for this whole week to get hold of them but no reply. I whatsapped them i phoned them I've send emails nothing back no reply or respond to nothing. What kind of a business does that. Don't use them they are done with you as soon as you got your delivery. They don't care if it's the correct order or not
