Unhappy Client

I returned a sneaker I bought at Welle Official and they confirmed receipt of the sneaker on the 17th of June 2022. I have been struggling to get feedback with regards to my refund. The communication from the Welle team is poor and they do not respond to my emails and whatsapp messages.
