The worst customer service

I ordered some air force 1s on the 30th of January and the still have not arrived. Today is the 21st of February. I sent Welle official 2 emails and they still have not rep****. I have the tracking number and it says that they are still preparing the order for shipment. What kind of order is it that takes a whole month to prepare? Are you guys making the shoes from scratch? Cause that would be the only way I can understand why the order is taking so long. I just want my money at this point because yoh! Talk about bad customer service! Just give me the shoes or the money, at this point any is welcome Somebody please give me their phone numbers cause I have been looking and I can't find them
