Terrible Service

Ordered my shoes on October 3rd and on October 27th Welle Official texted me and said the shoes I Ordered are out of stock, why would you sell something you don’t even have in stock? Then I ask for a refund and they just bluetick, I’m gonna escalate this and maybe sue Welle Official.
