Terrible service
So I still haven't received any feedback on my order placed on the 28th November - terrible service!!!!!!

18 Jan 2024, 09:46I have no idea on how to get hold of Welle Official....I have still not received feedback on my order placed on the 28th November, but they took the time to screenshot my Review above and send it to me on Whatsapp - and surprise surprise..... still no answer on where my order is? How can they take money from Customers but not follow through with proper service or in my case no service at all! I have asked for a refund on email and whatsapp again no answer!!!!!
