Terrible communication. Exchange seems to take more than 2weeks.

I had such good experience with the sneakers being delivered which were delivered 7days after purchasing them. However it was the wrong size I then contacted them via email and I got a response asking me to contact them whatsapp of which I did. They gave me the instructions on how to return them and once they've received the package exchange will proceed. The package was delivered to them on Thursday the 7th of October 2022. I sent a text to find out if they received the package as I was notified by Aramex that it got delivered. My text was just read no consultant helped me or rep**** to my text.

I sent a text last week Thursday the 13th of October and I was told the matter will be resolved soon they never gave me an estimation as to when exactly. Prior to them even replying I sent a text to ask if I'll ever be assisted.

I'm not sure how soon is soon. It's been 2weeks since the shoes were received no one is assisting or updating me on what's happening. How does it take more than 2 weeks to make an exchange??

I'm frustrated at this point to be honest. The least they could do is that which ever consultant is handling the admin or whatsapp is put us through the process of exchanging, give an estimation of how long it will take. Once they've received the package.

This is unacceptable. I'm tired of sending texts and emails but not getting the help I need.
