We ordered for an 18th birthday over a month ago and we have yet to receive our order. After numerous messages, emails and calls nobody responded until a week ago. The lack of customer support and the poor communication is shocking. We’ve been strung along for weeks believing our order would be here ‘soon’ as they say yet we have received nothing.

This is appalling and unbelievable. We’ve asked for numerous refunds and nothing has been done. Will never recommend this site.
