Shocking service

I placed an order with Welle Official on 02 October 2022. I got confirmation that my order has been confirmed and to follow up on whatsapp with regards to delivery date. I have followed up on a daily basis to be told the same thing " Apologies for the inconvenience and the delay in the outstanding order I understand the frustration. Orders are busy getting processed and ready for shipment" - i have received the same "update" for the past 3 days now. Their responses are vague and cannot be clear about what is causing the delay. It has not been a nice experience dealing with them and I will never again!!!
