Shocking dealing with Welle Official !!!!!!

We ordered the shoes on 8 Jan 2023. Order 7087. I logged a review on Hello Peter on 26 Jan 2023. Eventually, after numerous WhatsApps and emails, Welle decided on 1 Feb that the money will be refunded to us. They said 3 - 12 Working days. On 10 Feb, 2 weeks after I logged the review on Hello Peter, I received a reply that "the money has been refunded and should be in your account". It seems as if you Welle was just trying to clear their name, because it is 21 Feb and the money still not in our account. On Thursday, 16 Feb 2023, we were at 12 working days, as per Welle's own wording on WhatsApp and website. Today is day 15, and still nothing. These shoes were ordered on 8 Jan 2023, for my son that started High School. It is 21 Feb 2023, and 40 days since the order was placed, and still it has not been resolved. How can you live with yourselves and be proud of service delivery ...... oh sorry, there is NO SERVICE DELIVERY
