After writing to hellopeter, Welleofficial responded to me saying Your order was placed on the 2nd of December.

Delivery of orders normally takes 7-14 working days including shipping (working days excluding weekends)

Therefore your order is currently on 8 working days.

Will keep you posted on the progress of the order . on the 13th of December 2023, now it’s the 28th of December 2023 and no product or communication whatsoever ever. My child spent her December without her shoes and I guess I have lost the money. It’s very painful honestly.
