Poor service, no communication whatsoever.

I place my order on the 4th of November 2023 till today I have not received my son's pair of sneakers, tried sending emails no response, contacted them on WhatsApp, I just got blue ticked. I deeply regretting buying from WELLE. I am very angry because my son was really looking forward to wearing those sneakers when attending a school event which is happening in 17th November 2023
