Poor Customer Service! Lack of communication

I placed an order for sneakers more than 10 days ago, but till today I'm struggling to get anyone to assist me on the status of my order, since nothing appears on that 'Aftership app' (where one can track their order). So yesterday I called their WhatsApp number and they didn't answer, I have sent numerous WhatsApp messages which are blueticked, I have also sent emails and still no response either. I am starting to be skeptical about receiving my order and this is frustrating honestly.
