POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered Air-force 1 low white black on the 23 November 2022 for my grandson and received a confirmation of the order that its being processed and must wait for sms or email with a tracking number. I've send several emails and WhatsApp regarding the order till today they haven't responded. Hellopeter this company its unreliable and they have poor customer service.
