Poor Customer Service #2822

I cannot get hold of anyone, I'm trying to return the sneakers. Communication was excellent till the sneakers were delivered. I sent a msg telling them I'm unhappy with the product, would like to return it, I was advised to send them to Kempton Park, they gave me an address, I never received response. The sneakers are not Original, I want my money back.
