Poor Communication & Delayed Order – No Tracking Info Provided

I placed an order with WELLE OFFICIAL on January 14, 2024 (Order #13909) for a pair of Jordan 1 Wolf Grey (UK9). Initially, I was told on January 18 that my order was delayed due to high demand. However, it has now been several weeks, and I still haven’t received any tracking details or a confirmed shipping date. And I remembered ordering sneakers from them in February 2023 and, while I was skeptical, I did receive them (though it took time). However, this year, their service has been worse than before—barely any communication, slow responses, and no sign of my order being shipped. I have sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and even called, but their responses are slow and unclear, with no clear resolution. At this point, I am highly disappointed with their lack of clarity and customer service. To anyone considering buying from WELLE OFFICIAL—be cautious!
