Poor communication

I have ordered a pair of sneakers on the 17th October 2024 and up to date have not received my order. I have send emails and whattsapp them, no response. Last year December I also ordered a pair of sneaker on the 07/12/23, the sneakers was delivered on the 15/12/23 and they kept me up to date since the order.
