Pathetic service, still awaiting refund/exchange

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Both were delivered, but needed to return and exchange the size of 1 pair. Welle advise to ship the incorrect size to a postnet which was done. I have since not heard of them after sending numerous mails and messages..... shocking from this company!!!
