Order placed online and is not Honored

Hi there i placed an order online via welle official,it was on Thursday March 02. order no #7655, ever since then i chat on their watsup line that was provided on their page and they only blue tick me and i cant even track the order, there is no communication even. i used my friends watsup to chat them wanting to see if they will respond to the questions relating to their products and they did answer but they fail to answer my number, plz advise.
