Order not fulfilled and no communication of some sort

I am so hurt that I used my last money trying to buy my daughter shoes on this Welleofficial, I placed my order on the 2nd of December 2023, tried communicating through their email no response, tried their WhatsApp still no response, I went into their app to track the status of my delivery it says unfulfilled. Can some please help me I am really frustrated or I don’t know is this how they **** people. It’s order no: 11166 please refund me my money so I can go buy my child her. Shoes please
