Order fully paid, but nothing recieved and no feedback.

I have ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers (and paid) on 16th June 2023 via this Ecommerce platform and over a month later have not received my shoes. When I try to enquire via whatsapp, calls, and emails there is simply no response or any type of feedback from the platform.
