Not keeping their word..

I did get my order. But they did say that they will give me a refund of R299 in March 2024 and I'm still waiting for my refund they don't answer my messages and I have proof where they said that they will refund me. But I am waiting now for 4 months already... This is not good service really... There products are good quality but there service is bad..
