NON DELIVERY OF GOOD ORDERED & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order for sneakers on the 23rd July 2022, I followed up by email on the 27th July 2022 asking if they could advise an expected delivery date. I received an automated response to this email advising me to contact their customer support WhatsApp line which I duly did. I did not receive a response rom the WhatsApp line, although messages were showing as read. I sent another message via their WhatsApp line on the 30th August 2022 as still not received the goods and have still not received the courtesy of a response. There is no customer service forthcoming from this company who in fact DO NOT have stock of the items being advertised on their website. I have also since spoken with Nike direct and they have confirmed that Welle Official are not an official supplier of their brand and any advertising stating they have the product in stock is UNTRUE. The item ordered is only available via Nike direct on limited days during the month and Nike have informed me that they will send an email directly to customers registered on their APP advising the dates on which limited stock will become available. So unless you want to to help enrich a company that appears to be a **** - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have ****** money and have not provided the product ordered so are therefore in breach of contract too. How they are permitted to operate is beyond me but I will be taking this further too. Advice to anyone wanting to order through "Welle Official" IS DON'T! - unless you have money to waste on placing orders and not receiving goods! You may as well burn your money rather than giving it to this company that claims to be a business!
