No updates, No order delivered , Worst Customer Service.

We are on the 5th week now since I placed an order on the (23rd February 2023) and I am still waiting for my order #7561 to be delivered. I have lost count of how many times I have tried calling "Welle Official" more than once enquiring about my order and each time I was welcomed by voice-mail , now I am starting to think that either they have blocked my numbers or they are just plain ignoring my calls. I have also sent numerous emails and received no reply .

At this point they can keep their sneakers, I just want my money back , clearly they have no intention of delivering. Order number: #7561
