No status update or communication from Welle Official 9 days after a purchase

I purchased sneakers on the 17/10/2022 and received a confirmation email with contact numbers to customer support. I enquired with on the provided customer support number and email after the order status stayed as confirmed after 7 business days. however, I did not get any response after multiple re-tries to reach out to the customer support details provided.

My order status still reflects as confirmed on the 26/10/2022 and no response from customer support email and number provided.

At this stage I do not know what is happening with my order number: 5324
