No shoes delivered... pending refund

I am writing the 2nd complain😞 They have been ignoring my emails, customers and management WhatsApp up to now no respond...I ordered on the 2nd of April (Alexander McQueen) which I was told is out of stock, I was then asked to either choose an alternative pair of shoes or ask for refund...I opted for a refund since then they don't respond to my WhatsApp or email...can I please have a number to call cause is frustrating now having to send massages and be blue ticked😩
