Good day, i saw someone mentioned great service from Ethan, can we share his contact details please i ordered sneakers on the 21Dec got an order number and that is about it? The communication is non existent, you get only but 1 response when using the whatsappp number... Tried calling that cell number no response; it just rings, this is unprofessional as we have very unhappy customers as seen here and kids who truly expected their gifts to have arrived already. This is a letdown, you could have advised on your updated website that deliveries would take longer than expected, but not the silence. I downloaded the Airship app no movement nothing...
