No Service - WELLE OFFICIAL
Ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1 sneakers on 28 April 2022 from Welle Official on Order 3271. Welle Official confirmed they did receive my order on the same day. I chose the 1 - 3 day delivery option and payment went through. Until today I am still waiting for delivery on my order. Only communication is through WhatsApp where they promise you daily they are busy processing orders and getting them ready for shipment or goods were dispatched for delivery, etc. I have also requested a refund, no feedback from them. If you do not have the goods, refund your clients, as easy as that. I have ordered many products from many companies in the past but, I have to say this is my worst experience ever. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone to buy anything from.
They requested my banking details in order to refund me and I am still waiting. They also do not reply back on the WhatsApp messages although they have read them.
I cannot believe it's that difficult, either deliver the goods or refund, as easy as that.
