No Response or ETA for Welle Products

Ordered pretty expensive Air Jordans on September 25th. Sure, I received a reference number and was told to download an app to track shipping. To this day, I have not received any ETA for my package as I've received orders faster than this, even internationally. What bugs me the most though is the fact that no ETA is provided so I'm left even wondering if I' ever get my order. Worse yet, I have emailed the official site last week Monday (26 September) and received no response to date (03 October 2023)
