NO response, No feedback, NOTHING!!!!

I Placed an order and paid for my daughter's sneakers on Welle Official on June 25th, 2024. From 22 July, I started WhatsApp communication with them to find out the status of my order. They read the WhatsApp and have never responded to this day. I sent emails, I followed up on WhatsApp, I downloaded AfterShip and to this day, nothing. AfterShip just says my order has been confirmed. I even went to an extend of asking for a refund or replacement if they are struggling to find what I ordered & NOTHING, NO feedback, No response from their END

I don't know what else to do, please help!!!!
