No Refund - Poor Service

I placed an order for a pair of adidas sneakers on the 28th November 2023 and was only informed on the 18th December 2023 I was told as follows:

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused up until now .

Unfortunately I have to inform you that we are currently out of stock in your ordered item , therefore a refund for the outstanding item will be processed via the reversal of the system into the account that was used to purchase the order online.

And also will take 7-12 working days to reflect within your account ✅💯

It's no the 5th February 2024 and have not received my money, they read my messages on watsapp contact no. With no response.

This is absolutely poor service, Please can I have my money.
