NO communication / Response

<div>Placed Order #***** on 24th December, and paid. was quick to receive the "order" email, but NOTHING thereafter. I tried contacting them by eMail as well as WhatsApp (as per the order eMail and web URL) but still NO RESPONSE.</div>
