I need to get an update on Order: #2922. Sent an email and used their contact form on the website - no reply. No telephone number provided. No whatsapp contact as promised. Please answer your emails and step-up your customer service. This order was paid for by my son with his birthday money. Honour your commitment or I’ll open up a case at SAPS.
