Need a refund but there is no response #6443

I guess as consumers we do not Learn or take precautions before placing orders with online Retailers, there is no communication from Welle Official, no response on mail or what's up.No customer service whatsoever. #6443 order placed and one pair delivered first the second a week later,the shoes do not fit because thier sizes are not normal UK sizes.I want a refund but since there is no one to respond it feels like it's too risky to even return the shoes judging on everyone's bad response. I just want my money back.
