I regret buying frm dem dey dont treat their customers right all dey care abt its our money

On de 21 ive sent my sneakers back to dem bcz of size n manufacturing fault den ive asked for size 3 if they've got dey said as soon as dey receive sneakers dat im returning dey will start with my exchange , ive tracked de parcel n de status showed dat it was delivered but with no communication on their side until ive tried to reach out to dem again on de 28 June still no respond frm dem until i said to dem no i can c u don't treat yo customers right can i hve my money back bcz u don'tsay anything abt u having size 3 no wat till today no response frm dem dey just blue tick me
