I placed an order on the 1st of December 2023 and for the nearly 2 months I received no feedback when following up

I placed an order on the 1st of December 2023 and for the nearly 2 months I received no feedback when following up. I am not sure if there was technical difficulties, but it was concerning. Once I did receive response in February the service was excellent and we are very happy with the product received.
