Horrible customer service

I ordered a pair of sneakers from welle official on the 27th of August 2023 they still haven't arrived. The customer service is terrible, they don't reply to queries lodged on their whatsapp page. I tried to track the order with the tracking number they provided but nothing comes up. I don't even want the sneakers anymore, I just want my money!
